Speedstream Technology Group is a carrier-agnostic business telecom broker. We act as an independent advisor and advocate for our clients, not as a representative or agent of any specific carrier or telecom provider. Our core services include reviewing your current telecom environment, sourcing and comparing options across major carriers, negotiating contracts on your behalf, coordinating installation and transitions, and managing your account on an ongoing basis after the contract is signed.

Speedstream does not provide telecom services directly. We source services from third-party carriers and providers. We do not configure, operate, or manage network equipment or services on a technical basis. References to “managing your telecom” or “managing your account” refer to our advisory, sourcing, and carrier-relationship functions, not hands-on technical administration of provider infrastructure.

Any service engagement is governed by a separate agreement between Speedstream and the Client. These Terms do not constitute a service contract. Nothing herein creates an obligation for Speedstream to provide any specific service to any specific party.

5. No Guarantee of Pricing, Savings, or Outcomes

Speedstream makes no representation or warranty that our services will result in cost savings, reduced pricing, improved service quality, or any other specific outcome. Telecom pricing, availability, and contract terms are determined by carriers and are subject to change. While we leverage our experience and carrier relationships to seek favorable terms on your behalf, results will vary based on your location, service requirements, usage, credit profile, and carrier availability.

Any pricing estimates, cost comparisons, or savings projections shared during a consultation are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of any specific price or saving. Final pricing is determined by the carrier at the time of contract execution.

6. Third-Party Carriers and Providers

Speedstream works with a broad network of third-party telecom carriers and service providers. We do not control the pricing, service quality, network performance, installation timelines, or terms and conditions offered by any carrier. Once a service contract is executed between you and a carrier, that agreement is between you and the carrier and is governed by the carrier’s own terms of service.

Speedstream’s role after contract execution is to act as your point of contact for service issues, billing disputes, and account changes, working directly with the carrier on your behalf. However, resolution of any issue is ultimately subject to the carrier’s policies and capabilities.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and all information, content, and materials on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Speedstream expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the site.
